Chelsea goalkeeper Jamal Blackman to undergo Leeds medical ahead of loan switch

Chelsea goalkeeper is set to follow Lewis Baker in completing Elland Road loan switch and should make his debut on Tuesday night when Leeds take on Forest Green Rovers at the New Lawn.
