Jorginho will refuse to renew Napoli deal if they deny him summer move to Manchester City

Manchester City target Jorginho will refuse to sign a new contract at Napoli if they fail to agree terms for his sale. City and Napoli are around £9million apart in their valuation of the 26-year-old midfielder.
