FIFA president Gianni Infantino says it is 'too early' to discuss possible 48-team Qatar World Cup

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said on Sunday the global soccer governing body would not discuss the possibility of having a 48-team World Cup in Qatar in 2022 at its congress next week.
