Atletico Madrid 'eye Edinson Cavani should Antoine Griezmann leave'

Cavani has been linked with a switch to Atletico in the past and if the transfer went ahead he would join up with compatriots Diego Godin and Jose Gimenez. The 31-year-old scored 40 goals last season.
