Galatasaray's Papa Babou Ndiaye will cost Newcastle £18m

Rafa Benitez will have to persuade owner Mike Ashley to cough up £18million to land midfield target Papa Babou Ndiaye from Galatasaray. That is the buy-out clause for the 27-year-old.
